The staff were amazing! Especially those at the Concierge desk. They really went out of their way to, special shout out to the night shift concierge who kept checking on us when our daughter got sick.

It wasn’t astronomical, but still a bit pricey for what we got.

The stay was amazing, especially the cozy duel shower with great pressure and the comfy bed. Room was clean and stylish too.

Had a lovely time with an amazing harbor view from our Premium King Room! Enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool and in the sauna after a day of sightseeing. Just wished the blackout curtains did a bit better job at blocking the sunlight for a longer sleep-in. 😊

Our check-in took far too long, leaving us frustrated. The room was not properly cleaned, with crumbs on the floor and a dirty bathroom. To top it off, the noise from the hallway kept us awake all night. This experience has made us question the hotel's five-star rating.

My recent stay at Intercontinental was highly satisfactory. The centrally located Premium King Room offered stunning views of the harbor and was well-appointed. The staff were exceptional, efficiently assisting with my business needs, including setup for my presentation. The dining options available met my expectations, with varied menus that were reasonably priced for the quality provided.

Comfortable beds for kids but pool renovation was disappointing.

The breakfast was a real highlight with freshly baked croissants and stimulating organic juices! The room was adequate, but it could use some sprucing up. The gym could also use improvement. Overall, a good experience!
