For families looking for comfort
The staff were amazing! Especially those at the Concierge desk. They really went out of their way to, special shout out to the night shift concierge who kept checking on us when our daughter got sick.
It wasn’t astronomical, but still a bit pricey for what we got.

great amenities , but busy check-in process.
The newly refurbished room felt very luxurious with plush carpet and comfortable beds. The views of the city really added to the experience, making it a memorable stay.
The check-in took longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long journey.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and the
room was immaculate, fitting perfectly for a family stay. Our only drawback was the lack of variety at breakfast. Still, the overall experience was joyful, especially when the kids found their favorite breakfast items.

Had a lovely time with an amazing harbor view from our Premium King Room! Enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool and in the sauna after a day of sightseeing. Just wished the blackout curtains did a bit better job at blocking the sunlight for a longer sleep-in. 😊

Friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome.
Our check-in took far too long, leaving us frustrated. The room was not properly cleaned, with crumbs on the floor and a dirty bathroom. To top it off, the noise from the hallway kept us awake all night. This experience has made us question the hotel's five-star rating.

We loved our stay! The large room was super clean and cozy, and having our pets with us made it even better. The service was excellent, especially the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Can't beat the location, just steps from the shops!
My kids wished there were more outdoor activities for families.
